📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Create and deliver engaging learning materials and resources.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training and development opportunities.,Facilitate workshops, seminars, and other training sessions.,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand training needs and goals.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Provide administrative support to the Learning and Development department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in learning and development or a related field.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems and other relevant software.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
