As a Deputy HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR Manager in managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Support the HR Manager in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives, such as training and development, performance management, and employee engagement.,Support the HR Manager in managing employee relations, including addressing employee concerns and conflicts.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of payroll and benefits information.,Support the HR Manager in maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a HR Generalist or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
