🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.,Strong knowledge of company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HR practices and procedures is a plus.,Proficient in using computer software and tools for record-keeping and reporting.
