📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Create and manage social media content using platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Support the marketing team in designing and maintaining our digital presence using tools like Google Analytics and Hootsuite.
• Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital ads using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Conduct market research and analyze campaign performance to provide insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
• Assist in the organization and participation in trade shows, exhibitions, and other marketing events.
• Support the marketing team in maintaining and updating our website and other digital assets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related field, preferably in a financial services or corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Hootsuite, and Canva.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Creative and detail-oriented, with a passion for developing innovative marketing solutions.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a strong sense of initiative and adaptability.
