📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in/check-out procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure guests have a pleasant stay.
• Assist with room service orders and deliveries.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally and promptly.
• Work collaboratively with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Adhere to hotel policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the hotel management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a hospitality role, preferably as a Steward or similar position.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with hotel management systems and software, such as PMS (Property Management System).
• Good physical fitness and the ability to stand for long periods.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Flexible availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Enthusiastic and customer-focused attitude.
