📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily logistics operations,Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery processes,Monitor and optimize inventory levels to minimize costs and maximize efficiency,Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve delivery times and reduce costs,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to improve team performance,Manage and mentor junior logistics coordinators and staff,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role,Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems,Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint,Fluent in both written and spoken English and Indonesian,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
