Lead the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience.,Identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide tailored recruitment strategies.,Maintain a strong candidate database and track recruitment metrics to improve our processes.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Provide guidance and support to junior recruiters to ensure consistent quality in our hiring process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong background in identifying and attracting top talent.,Proven track record of successfully filling high-volume and high-profile positions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools, such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
