📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist registered nurses in patient care, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.,Prepare and maintain patient records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with medical standards.,Assist in the preparation and sterilization of medical equipment and supplies.,Provide emotional support and companionship to patients, especially in elderly or home care settings.,Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the nursing staff.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge.,Assist in the organization and maintenance of the nursing unit, ensuring a clean and safe environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience as an assistant nurse or similar healthcare role is preferred but not required.,Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Possession of a valid nursing assistant license or certification is a plus.
