Toko Tono Dental Clinic is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Section Head to join our team in Dili. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and coordination of daily operations within the dental clinic.,Oversee the scheduling and management of dental staff, ensuring optimal workflow and patient satisfaction.,Coordinate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality dental services are provided.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for dental staff.,Monitor and maintain clinic records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.,Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to attract new patients.,Support the Section Head in strategic planning and decision-making processes.,Assist in the management of clinic finances, including budgeting and financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare administration or management role.,Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficient in using office software and healthcare management systems.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Tetun and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
