Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently,Maintain a clean and organized cash register area,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Manage cash and credit card transactions securely,Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships,Assist in inventory management and restocking,Prepare and handle cash deposits and bank transactions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or customer service role,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
