📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and develop creative designs for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital ads.
• Design and maintain our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling visual content for social media and digital campaigns.
• Produce high-quality digital assets, such as infographics, icons, and illustrations, using tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
• Work with the operations team to design and improve the visual elements of our workspace interiors.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies to keep our visual identity fresh and innovative.
• Present design concepts to the team and incorporate feedback to refine and finalize designs.
• Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and are ready for production.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Experience with digital marketing tools such as Canva and Hootsuite.
• Understanding of print and digital media production processes.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
