📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead demand forecasting and inventory planning to optimize stock levels and minimize waste
• Analyze market trends and customer data to develop accurate demand forecasts
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations
• Implement and monitor inventory management systems using SAP and Excel
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations to maintain accuracy
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and service levels
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in supply chain management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in demand planning and inventory management
• Proven expertise in using SAP and Excel for inventory and demand planning
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Certification in Supply Chain Management or related field is a plus
• Familiarity with retail or fashion industry is a plus
• Ability to travel to various locations in Bali as needed
