📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Department Head in managing and leading the department.,Coordinate and supervise the work of department staff.,Ensure the department meets its operational and strategic goals.,Develop and implement departmental policies and procedures.,Monitor departmental performance and provide regular reports to the Department Head.,Foster a positive and productive work environment.,Handle departmental administrative tasks and ensure efficient workflow.,Represent the department in meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
