In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing learning and development programs to enhance the skills and performance of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement learning and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs.,Assist in the creation and maintenance of learning materials and resources.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness.,Collaborate with department heads to align learning initiatives with business goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Monitor and evaluate the impact of learning initiatives on employee performance.,Provide feedback and guidance to employees on their development needs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Proven track record of designing and implementing effective learning programs.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS).,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
