PT LAMANSUA Sentosa is looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy Warehouse Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and warehouse management, with excellent leadership and communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Ensure accurate and efficient inventory management, including cycle counting and stock reconciliation.,Manage warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and other departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Monitor warehouse metrics such as turnover rates, order accuracy, and on-time delivery performance.,Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven experience in leading and managing warehouse staff.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management software.,Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.
