📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle daily accounting tasks including journal entries, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Assist in the monthly and annual closing processes.
• Provide essential support to the finance department in various accounting projects and initiatives.
• Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain and update accounting systems and software.
• Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a banking or financial institution.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK) is a plus.
