📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including sales, marketing, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve high standards of performance.
  • Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Implement and monitor marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and loyalty.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the foodservice industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a restaurant or similar business.
  • Strong knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for business management and analysis.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
