📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the HR transformation initiative, aligning strategies with organizational goals.
• Implement and manage HR technology solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, and Workday.
• Develop and execute training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Conduct regular employee engagement surveys and feedback sessions.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational change and improvement.
• Monitor and report on HR metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the organization.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on transformation and digital initiatives.
• Certification in HR transformation, such as PHR or SPHR, is a plus.
• Proven experience in implementing HR technology solutions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
