📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a strong customer base by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.,Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.,Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for product improvement and expansion.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services through various channels.,Provide regular sales reports and updates to management to track performance and identify areas for improvement.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to showcase products and build relationships with potential clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.,Willingness to travel and work in a hybrid environment.
