📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and organizing banquet events, including coordinating with vendors and event planners.,Manage event logistics, such as venue setup, equipment, and catering.,Assist in the preparation and execution of food and beverage services during events.,Ensure that all events are executed according to the company's standards and client requirements.,Provide excellent customer service to clients and guests throughout the event.,Assist in the preparation of event reports and follow-up with clients after the event.,Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that all equipment and supplies are properly stored.,Assist in the training of new staff members on event procedures and protocols.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the events industry.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with event planning software and tools.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
