📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the procurement process from initiation to completion.,Develop and maintain supplier relationships to ensure quality and cost-effective procurement.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure the best possible terms.,Monitor market trends and identify new suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.,Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures.,Lead and mentor junior procurement staff.,Manage procurement budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and implement improvement strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Proven track record of successful procurement projects.,Strong knowledge of procurement software and systems.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Familiarity with maritime industry procurement practices is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
