📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the daily operations of the company, including inventory management, logistics, and supply chain coordination.
• Support the operations team in planning, scheduling, and executing tasks to ensure smooth business operations.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to provide insights and recommendations for operational improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve operational issues.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in operations management.
• Contribute to the implementation of new processes and systems to improve operational efficiency.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various operations.
• Support the operations team in achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian is a plus.
