📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Manage and train a team of production staff to maintain high levels of productivity and quality.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.,Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Conduct quality checks and address any issues that arise.,Work closely with other departments to meet production goals and deadlines.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production or supervisory role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations is a plus.,Experience in a healthcare or dental industry is a plus.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is required.
