📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the production process to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met,Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely completion of tasks,Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed,Implement and maintain quality control measures,Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement,Train and develop the production team to enhance their skills and knowledge,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Maintain accurate records of production activities and quality control measures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Dental Technology, Industrial Engineering, or a similar discipline),Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervisory role,Strong leadership and team management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with quality control and safety regulations,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Knowledge of dental materials and equipment,Proficiency in using production management software
