Source and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes to identify the most qualified candidates for the open positions.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to determine the best candidates for the next stage of the hiring process.,Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide them with the best candidates for the open positions.,Manage the recruitment process, from job advertising to onboarding, to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.,Stay up-to-date with the latest recruitment trends and best practices to ensure that our recruitment process is effective and efficient.,Provide regular reports and updates to the hiring managers and other stakeholders on the status of the recruitment process.,Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive and productive hiring experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.,Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
