📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Hotel Vera Coffee's products and services.,Create and manage marketing campaigns across various digital and social media platforms.,Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer acquisition and retention.,Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and coffee.,Assist in the development of content for our website, blog, and social media channels.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the F&B or coffee industry.,Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with marketing tools and software such as Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Canva.,Passion for coffee and a keen eye for detail.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
