📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the health center, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve patient care and service delivery.,Manage and supervise staff, ensuring they are trained and equipped to deliver high-quality care.,Monitor and analyze operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations and patient care activities.,Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare operations management.,Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and standards.,Excellent leadership and management skills.,Ability to work effectively in a team environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Experience with healthcare software and systems is a plus.
