📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate candidates to ensure a high-quality applicant pool.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Conduct interviews and assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.,Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including offer negotiations and onboarding.,Utilize various recruitment channels and tools to reach a diverse candidate base.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and referral partners.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding top talent.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.
