Seed Max Lestari is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving targets by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales activities.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software.,Familiarity with the agricultural or agribusiness industry is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
