📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the store.
  • Manage and train store staff to maintain high levels of customer service.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is well-managed.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Assist in the development of the store's marketing and promotional activities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Report to the regional manager on a regular basis.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of retail software and POS systems is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
