📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Implement and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date stock levels.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage incoming and outgoing shipments.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.,Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement warehouse improvement projects to enhance efficiency and productivity.,Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics principles.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using warehouse management software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.,Previous experience in a similar role within the logistics or supply chain industry is a plus.
