📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and oversee daily tax-related activities and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Prepare and submit accurate tax returns and filings, including corporate and personal income tax returns.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide strategic advice and recommendations to the finance team on tax planning and compliance.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting and tax filings.
• Stay updated with the latest tax regulations and provide training to the team on tax-related matters.
• Prepare and analyze tax-related financial statements and reports.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures related to tax management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax accounting, with a strong background in tax compliance and planning.
• Professional certification in taxation, such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Management Accountant (CMA).
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
