📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.
• Train and develop retail staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Monitor store performance, analyze sales data, and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Collaborate with the regional team to implement marketing and promotional activities.
• Manage store budget and expenses, ensuring profitability and cost control.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Represent Xiaomi at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales and customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis.
• Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service best practices.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
