📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize production planning and control (PPIC) processes using SAP.
• Manage facility operations, including maintenance, safety, and energy efficiency.
• Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
• Lead quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for manufacturing operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the manufacturing team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing management, with a focus on PPIC and facility management.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of SAP for production planning and control.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis.
