📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create precise and detailed bag patterns using industry-standard software such as Gerber Accumark, Lectra Modaris, or similar.
• Collaborate with the design team to translate creative concepts into functional patterns.
• Ensure all patterns meet quality standards and adhere to company specifications.
• Conduct pattern grading and adjustments to ensure patterns fit various sizes and styles.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure patterns are accurately followed during manufacturing.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to improve pattern-making processes.
• Provide technical support and training to junior staff members.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of pattern-making processes and quality control.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Bag Pattern Maker or similar role in the fashion industry.
• Proficient in using pattern-making software such as Gerber Accumark, Lectra Modaris, or similar.
• Strong understanding of garment construction techniques and materials.
