📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize our e-commerce platform, including Shopify or similar platforms, to ensure seamless customer experience and high performance.
• Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales data and customer behavior using tools like Google Analytics and other e-commerce analytics tools to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
• Manage inventory and ensure accurate product listings and descriptions.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to online customers.
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices to continuously improve our online presence.
• Work with the design team to create visually appealing and user-friendly product pages and website sections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
