📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain production schedules and plans to meet customer demands and company goals.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.,Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.,Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in the manufacturing process.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve efficiency.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production and material control activities.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning and material control.,Familiarity with ERP systems and inventory management software.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes is a plus.
